- An Amendment to Section 505.00 D (Prohibited Uses). The amendment is following a recommendation from the Township Trustees and would read “8. Adult-use cannabis operators as defined by Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3780 and related State regulations. This section is not intended to restrict the activity currently protected by Ohio Revised Code § 3780.25(G)."
