On Sat. January 6th BPD hosted a promotional ceremony in front of family, friends & colleagues as Jerry Dumont and Matthew Kennedy were promoted to the rank of Sergeant. Sgt. Dumont has served BPD since 2008, and Sgt. Kennedy has served BPD since 2013. Congratulations to both!
