The newest pavilion in Lions Community Park can be found at the entrance to the park behind the Carter Playground. This open-air pavilion has six new picnic tables which can each seat 8 adults comfortably. Total seating capacity: 48

Other amenities of the Carter Pavilion include four standard electrical outlets, six overhead lights, a charcoal grill, one large trash bin, and of course direct access to the Carter Playground just beside it. Two standard port-a-potties may also be found only a short walk away by heading south on the road leading further into Lions Community Park.
