Once you have reviewed the guidelines, please e-mail your event information to me, Joe Jamison in one of two methods.
- Attach a 384 x 192 image (jpeg or png) that you want to be displayed with a start and end date (if different than the event date). Limit of two images each displayed for 5 seconds
- Include what you want displayed on the sign keeping in mind the size of the sign (more text means a smaller font), the date you want to start to display your event, the end date if different from the event date, background color, and text colors. There is a limit of two slides per event each displayed for 5 seconds.
There is a limit of one event per group displayed at a time so if you send in more than one event please make sure the start and end dates do not overlap.
