- An amendment to Section 540 (Temporary Use Permits). The amendment would be added to the end of the existing text in Section 540.00 (c.) (1.) and will read “Only one temporary vendor per parcel/business shall be permitted at a time within ninety days, with a maximum of two vendors per parcel/business per year.”
- An amendment to Appendix E regarding Temporary Use Permits. The amendment would separate Temporary Uses, Food Trucks, and Vendor Sales and Temporary Vendor Streets into two lines, an assigning permitted and conditionally permitted uses in certain districts.
- An amendment to Section 510.9 B (Parking and Storage of Vehicles and Trailers). The amendment would state the following “B. Including, but not limited to, one (1) of the following: boat, trailer, jet ski, snowmobile, commercial vehicle, or recreational vehicle may be stored in a yard of a residentially zoned property, however, it must be located wholly within the side or rear property and five (5) feet from all property lines.”
- An Amendment to Section 505.00 D (Prohibited Uses). The amendment is following a recommendation from the Township Trustees and would read “8. Adult-use cannabis operators as defined by Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3780 and related State regulations. This section is not intended to restrict the activity currently protected by Ohio Revised Code § 3780.25(G).”
